I enjoy being a girlie girl and a gourmand (meaning a person who has an appreciation of good food - rather than a person who is a total glutton), shopping (for fun things, fashion and beauty), going out to eat, hanging out with friends, my husband, my daughter Jessica and close family. I have an interest in fashion and beauty; plus I also like to bake and cook (not because I have to, but because I am in the mood to and want to). Some of my other passions besides for my husband, daughter, friends, and family are cheese (gruyier, brie, smoked gouda, bleu cheese, kasseri, Irish blarney cheese, halloumi, etc), wine (bordeaux both red and white, dry champagne, and merlots), bread (baguettes, ciabatta, croissants and sour dough), pasta, and chocolates (especially truffles from Godiva and Lindt)!!
